Objectives and Requirements
The agent approached us to help them generate more enquiries through digital marketing, with a focus on local vendors and landlords. The business was already established locally, with a healthy stock of properties for sale and rent. However, to sustain this success and attract more prospects the business needed a stronger online presence.
Before going to market and attracting new prospects we had to address the website, its landing pages, call to actions and properly track the results. The new website we designed is desktop, tablet and mobile responsive and built in WordPress CMS. The property feed is taken from a third party supplier, Dezrez, which we have integrated into the CMS to display seamlessly.
After performing thorough research, we created and optimised a selection of landing pages, helping Google’s bots rank them accordingly.
On-going Marketing Campaign
Once the website went live, we launched an ongoing digital marketing campaign to improve local rankings, increase traffic, including from paid marketing (PPC), increase enquiries from landlords and vendors, and encourage conversions.
12 months since the launch of the new website and marketing campaign we have recorded:
- 50% increase in traffic to the site
- 85% increase in page views
- 52% reduction in bounce rate
- and a very impressive 920% increase in visitors from mobile devices
