Objectives and Requirements
Eden Harper approached us a few years ago to improve their online image and increase their website visitors and enquiries, with a focus on the local communities of Brixton and Battersea. They wanted a new, clean website, integrating their third party Vebra and Thesaurus property feeds.
We started by assessing the current market and their direct competitors. We put a plan of action together which included a detailed specification for the redesign and development of a new website. With mobile and tablet use on the increase every month, we advised them to choose a responsive design. This means that whatever device their web visitors use to access their site, it will adapt so they see the best version of it for that device.
With clean lines, strong colours and a clear logo, the new website allows individual properties to be showcased and prospect buyers can view local schools on the integrated map that accompanies each property. The Eden Harper blog is full of local information and industry news which can be updated easily whenever necessary through the foundation content management system. Testimonials from happy customers are shown across the pages, and it displays perfectly on phones and tablets. Keyword research and content optimisation was provided throughout each page allowing Google to rank the site for local searches.
Since the launch of the website we have provided an ongoing digital marketing service. This includes SEO, ensuring the agency is on page one of Google for as many local searches as possible; PPC, ensuring the site is on top of page one for the most important local searches; content marketing, keeping their blog up to date; and social media, sharing their content through Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.
Eden Harper has maintained a strong position in the organic rankings, especially for the Brixton branch. We have generated a significant number of enquiries, including valuation requests from landlords and vendors, and have placed the Eden Harper brand in front of thousands of local homeowners through our informative blogs.
In 2016 we recorded an increase of over 37% in visitors from mobile devices, and a 59% increase in enquiries through our paid campaigns on Google (PPC).
