The Client
LDG was established in 1987 to be a unique specialist West End estate agency working to the highest industry standards and with a team that has an unrivalled knowledge of West End Properties, as well as a wealth of local understanding. (visit the website: www.ldg.co.uk)
Before We Took Over
LDG had a website which was attracting a decent number of visitors, however 85% of them were coming from off-line marketing and PR and only 15-20% from genuine searched terms, such as ‘Bloomsbury Estate Agents’ or ‘1 Bedroom Flats for Sale in Fitzrovia’. The business had several domain names linking to different sites with duplicated content and no ability to change anything on any of them – the control was firmly in the hands of their previous SEO and web supplier.
The website itself had long pages of content stuffed with phrases for optimisation purposes with no consideration of the visitor’s experience and no easy way to encourage anyone to send an enquiry.
The Project
Art Division was asked to completely redesign the website, rewrite all the pages and properly optimise them for a list of carefully selected key phrases. LDG wanted to increase the visitors from specific searched terms (such as ‘residential lettings west end’), increase the number of enquiries through the site, track any statistical data and be in control of the website’s content.
The Result
Two months later a much neater and user friendly www.ldg.co.uk website was launched with brand new look, Google friendly content management system and was optimised for hundreds of searched terms within the industry and geographic locations covered.

Just eight weeks after the launch the site’s unique visitors increased to 6000, 60% of which from searched terms making the online marketing campaign key to the increasing number of enquiries LDG receives.
What’s more, the offline marketing and PR is now working hand in hand with the online marketing and Social Media campaigns, which all compliment each other in order to generate exposure, traffic and more enquiries on a daily basis.
